Since age 5, Jackie has always had a passion for dance, gymnastics and cheerleading. In 2008, she took it to the next level by becoming Kettle Bell and Zumba certified and has been teaching ever since.
As a trainer, she enjoys customizing programs for each of her clients based on their goals and lifestyles. Jackie specializes in combining strength training, cardiovascular and flexibility training to create a complete physique and bring people to their peak performance.
Jackie enjoys teaching a variety of classes, from Zumba to Bootcamp, where her goal is to make you leave feeling challenged, inspired and energized! She understands that life is busy and will help you develop a program that fits into your everyday routine from training to group fitness.
