Perry is a professional personal trainer from Newton, MA. Having grown up playing soccer, hockey and baseball, Perry always placed a strong emphasis on living a healthy lifestyle. Prior to attending Boston University in 1999, Perry had his first fitness internship where he was exposed to training conditioned athletes of all skill levels. He has trained professional NHL players, Division 1 Varsity High School athletes and professional ballroom dancers.
In addition to working with conditioned athletes and dancers, Perry is capable of working with clients of all ages and varying levels of health. Specifically, Perry has worked with numerous children ranging from 2-8 years old, 9-18 years old and he’s even worked with people well into their senior citizen years.
Perry loves coaching and helping people. He sums up what it means to be a personal trainer in two words; I'm someone who, “educates and motivates!”
